01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GuildBase ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

02. Service Description

GuildBase is a tracking and discovery platform for manga and light novel enthusiasts. We provide tools to track reading progress, analyze reading statistics, and participate in community leaderboards.

03. User Accounts & Security

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. GuildBase cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

04. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• HarassmentHate speech, threatening behavior, or harassment of other users.
• SpammingPosting unauthorized advertising or spam in comments/reviews.
• Data ScrapingAutomated scraping of our leaderboard or user data.
• Malicious ActsAttempting to disrupt the service or access other users' accounts.

05. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any reviews, lists, or comments you post to the Service. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service (e.g., showing your review on the homepage).

Our Content: The design, code, "GuildBase" name, logos, and the "Rank/XP System" logic are the intellectual property of GuildBase.

06. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

07. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
